Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ seasons of experience preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service during tax preparation.
• Assist clients with tax return questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records and complete tax returns for individuals, trusts, or partnerships.
