Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CCT is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Connecticut. You will leverage tax knowledge and client service skills to assist clients in a fast-paced environment and connect with customers to make a difference for the hardest-working during tax season.

This position offers flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, and a sign-on bonus. Training and development are provided along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of tax return experience (individual, trust, and/or partnership).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and partnership tax returns for clients.
• Provide exceptional client service in a client-facing role.
• Assist clients in understanding tax obligations and options.
• Maintain accurate records and use tax software as needed.

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
