What you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, or finance.
• Masters, CPA or EA is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years’ experience in public accounting.
• Expert in corporate income tax preparation and/or individual income tax preparation.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex tax issues in an understandable manner.
• Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through.
