Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking table game dealers to provide accurate dealing and superior service on the gaming floor. The role requires previous casino dealing experience plus the ability to pass a math test and audition.

You must be 21+ and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong English communication and excellent interpersonal skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in customer service preferred.
• Must pass a basic math test and an audition to demonstrate dealing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move around the pit area during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate dealing at assigned table games.
• Follow procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat and variations.
• Perform chip and cash transactions accurately.
• Receive wagers and pay out game outcomes promptly.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times.
• Assist customers in understanding rules and uphold policies and procedures.

• Applicants must have previous casino dealing experience.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months of experience in customer service field preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an Audition displaying adequate dealing skills.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
