Role Description

The Experienced Surveillance Investigator is a full-time, remote role focused on conducting field and digital surveillance to document claimants’ and subjects’ activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing surveillance operations, gathering video and photographic evidence, maintaining detailed case notes, and preparing clear, comprehensive investigative reports. The role involves conducting background and social media research, monitoring activities from vehicles or fixed positions, and following legal and company guidelines for evidence collection. The investigator will coordinate with case managers, comply with client instructions, and communicate findings in a timely manner. This position may require flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel within assigned regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate experience in Investigation and Fraud Investigations, with the ability to plan, conduct, and document surveillance assignments.
