• Must be able to effectively communicate to guests in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner while providing "world-class" service.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating guests on products while ensuring an excellent experience from beginning to end.
• Promote and represent J.Con in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Perform haircut, color, style, and treatment services on guests.
• Recruit, build, and retain a client base.
