SIMOS is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our Florence, Kentucky team. The role requires attention to safety, reliability, and the ability to work in a high-traffic warehouse. The position offers daytime shifts, potential overtime, and competitive pay with benefits.

We are currently seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator (RC 5500 Series Stand-Up Rider Lift Truck) to join our team in Florence, Kentucky. Shift Details:

• 1st Shift / Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, $18.00/hour; Must be able to work Overtime

• Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed to support business operations.

Duties:

• Perform various functions and duties, both written and oral

• Performs all other general labor duties assigned

• Reaches overhead, twists, turns, and squats

• The warehouse is a high-traffic area, and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused.

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs as a team

Position Requirements:

6 months of warehouse experience and a stand-up forklift are required

• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment

• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
