Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major required.
• CPA license preferred, or progress toward obtaining a license; passing all four parts strongly preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting procedures or assist on projects as assigned.
• Understand client’s business, industry, and accounting and control systems.
• Develop understanding of the company’s approach.
• Assess risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Perform and document analytical procedures, substantive tests, and tests of controls.
• Review or assist in drafting financial statements and other client deliverables.
• Supervise staff auditors as required.
• Prepare high-quality work products for supervisor review.
• Demonstrate understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts.
• Build and maintain good client relationships.
