Job summary

TruTeam in Mobile, AL is hiring an installer to handle all aspects of installing products per work orders, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows and home wrap.

You will review the daily schedule, load the truck with all products, perform vehicle and job-site safety checks, unload and stage material, and report safety or quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• A valid driver's license is required for company-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, ensure truck is stocked per work order.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturer guidelines on-site.
• Inspect vehicle and job site before and after each shift.
• Complete warehouse duties as needed and report concerns.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company. Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day. Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections. Safely unload and stage material at job site. Report safety, customer or quality concerns. Perform warehouse-related duties as required. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required: Local Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range $13.00 - $30.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
