Job summary

Eco Foam Hawaii is seeking an experienced Foam Insulation Installer who can lead hands-on projects across Hawaii, starting on Maui. This role involves traveling to job sites, working in attics and crawlspaces, and delivering quality spray foam results with safety as a top priority.

You will install spray foam insulation in residential and specialty applications, operate Graco Fusion AP Guns, follow PPE and respirator requirements, and keep a clean, organized workspace while supporting team

Qualifications

• Previous spray foam insulation installation experience required.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including working in attics, crawlspaces, warm environments, and other active construction settings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed to travel to job sites.
• Must be able to pass an employer-paid respirator fit test as part of onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and safely work around spray foam equipment, hoses, pumps, and tools.
• Experience and competency working with Graco Fusion AP Guns.
• Experience and competency working with pressurized air systems.

Eco Foam Hawaii is looking for an experienced Foam Insulation Installer who can step into a hands-on role and help deliver excellent spray foam results in residential and specialty insulation projects. This role is ideal for someone with spray foam experience who understands jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and the importance of working efficiently in attics, crawlspaces, tight spaces, and warm environments.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
• Employer-paid respirator fit test as part of onboarding.
