Momper Insulation is seeking an experienced shelving installer to join our team. Follow templates to install shelving, mounts, and hardware with accuracy and safety. Read blueprints and work with project managers to meet timelines.

You will lift heavy objects, perform cuts, measure precisely, and ensure installations comply with design specifications. We offer benefits and growth opportunities for dedicated workers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Carpentry certification or related training is a plus.
• Proven shelving installer or carpenter experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Follow the shelving template to cut materials, pre-drill holes, and install closet shelves.
• Measure and mount mirrors and shower doors, ensuring they are level.
• Ensure proper installation of brackets, supports, and hardware for secure shelving systems.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Work with project managers and clients to meet design requirements and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues related to shelving installations.
• Report and document any damages or discrepancies in materials and products.
