Job summary

Inspiration Brewing Co. in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, attentive service from arrival to departure in our brewery dining space.

This part-time role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork and the ability to upsell items, food specials and in-house beer selections while keeping tables clean and well-timed.

Weekend availability is required with 3–4 shifts per week to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service serving experience.
• Experience with table maintenance and upkeep throughout service.
• Comfortable prebusing tables as a regular part of service.
• Confident upselling menu items to guests.
• Strong time management and the ability to give prompt, effective service.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and a genuine team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, effective, and attentive service to every table throughout the guest's visit
• Maintain clean, organized tables and proactively pre-bus throughout service
• Confidently upsell menu items, food specials, and our in-house beer selections
• Manage time effectively across multiple tables to keep service smooth and unhurried
• Build genuine rapport with guests through friendly, attentive interactions
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers as part of a team-first environment
