We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician for our crew. As a PMT, you will perform a wide variety of pavement services for various clients across the Nebraska-area.

Job Summary Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.

Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack sealing and seal coating, pressure washing, and more
2. Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
3. Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
4. Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site, following safety requirements
5. Additional tasks as required

Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING

1. A valid Nebraska driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
2. You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
3. You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
4. Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
5. Ability to work Overnight
6. Ability to work well independently unsupervised
7. Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
