Job summary

Pace Analytical in Minneapolis is seeking an Experienced SDS Author to join our Scientific Insourcing Solutions team in a remote capacity. You will write Safety Data Sheets and manage regulatory data for domestic and international shipments.

The role requires a technical degree and at least 3 years in chemical regulatory work and SDS authoring, with strong GHS knowledge and detail-oriented data analysis. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as chemistry, biology or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of chemical regulatory experience.
  • 3+ years of SDS authoring experience.
  • Strong understanding of GHS and chemical regulatory compliance.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good database management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Author Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
  • Complete and process various types of standard regulatory forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
  • Provide data management and analysis of raw materials.
  • Complete general hazard communication and review regulatory information for accuracy.
  • Work in computer applications and systems related to the work: Excel, Teams, Lisam/ExESS.
