AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking experienced insurance sales professionals in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will sell AAA memberships and manage various insurance products, responding to inquiries and ensuring member satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of sales experience, a strong drive for results, and excellent communication skills. Additional benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying licenses and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience within the same organization required.
• Active P&C license is mandatory.
• Active Life license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Sell AAA memberships and personal lines insurance products
• Quote, bind, collect premiums, and manage policy data
• Respond to underwriting inquiries and resolve member issues
• Follow up with prospects and identify cross sell opportunities
• Maintain excellent performance in a fast paced environment
• Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience within the same organization (required)
• Active P&C license (required)
• Active Life license (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and sales drive
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school diploma required; college preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Training & Pay

• Eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus with both P&C + Life licenses
• 27 days of paid training
• Earn $33.66 per hour during training
