Blue Compass RV in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to deliver top-tier repairs and service across motorized and towable RVs. You will mentor teammates and lead by example in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You are a skilled craftsman with good diagnostic abilities, pride in workmanship, and a willingness to share knowledge with others. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction within a growing national RV network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on RV service experience.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of RV systems (electrical, slide-outs, plumbing, roof, appliances, hydraulics).
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians with guidance and on-the-job training.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are fully operational.
• Work with service advisor and parts to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Stay current on RVIA, manufacturer certifications and training.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time in service software.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an Experienced RV Technician to join our team and lead by example in delivering top-tier repairs and service to our customers. This position is ideal for an experienced, certified technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship and is ready to mentor others in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
