Bish’s RV in North Salt Lake, UT is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will work independently and lead by example, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods.
• Lift 25–50 lbs with assistive device.
• Pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structure.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.

Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependableExperienced RV Technicianto join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality. Pay target: $27 - $40 per hour Flat rate.

• Supportservice department performanceby mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment
• Maintaina high standardof workmanshipthat enhancescustomer satisfaction and promotes repeat business

• Diagnose and repair RV systems includingbut not limitedto:electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components

• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
• Ensure all workcomplies withsafety regulations anddealershipstandards
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials

Whatyou’llbring

• Strong working knowledge of RV systems,components, and repair procedures

• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
