Position: Flat-rate Service Technician

Location: Junction City Store

Overview:

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and inspect large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry-specific experience and/or 4+ years of technical experience and holds a state inspection license. Pay potential: $30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Work on any RV unit entering the service department.
2. Pursue specialty certifications and continuing education.
3. Perform consistent repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction scores.
4. Share knowledge and best practices to support team development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work.
• Possession of a state inspector's license.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical field is a plus.
• Personal tools set.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• Flexible with work schedules, including Saturdays; closed Sundays.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
