Job summary

Roofing Brothers LLC in Red Lion, PA is seeking an experienced Roofing Laborer / Repair Technician. The role requires 5-10 years of hands-on roofing experience and involves assisting with residential and commercial roof installations, tear-offs, and repairs. You will work on steep and low-slope roofs, maintaining safety and quality.

The position offers full-time, W-2 employment with competitive hourly pay ($24-$30) based on experience and a chance for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

5-10 years of hands-on roofing experience.
Experience with both residential and commercial roofing systems.
Capable of diagnosing roof leaks and independently performing roof repairs.
Strong experience with asphalt shingle roofing systems and EPDM.
Comfortable working on steep-slope and low-slope roofs with safety practices.

Responsibilities

Assist with residential asphalt shingle roof replacements and installations.
Perform roof tear-offs and prepare roof surfaces for installation.
Install and repair shingles, underlayment, ice/water shield, flashing, pipe boots, ridge caps, and ventilation components.
Identify and repair roof leaks, damaged shingles, and deteriorated components.
Assist with commercial flat roofing installations and repairs; work with EPDM/rubber.
