Job summary

Guardian Roofing, LLC is hiring a roof technician to perform residential roof repairs and replacements across Snohomish County, reporting to the Everett branch. You’ll work with a team or solo, delivering high-quality results with safety and customer communication at the forefront.

Expect to work Monday–Friday from 6:30am until finish, with occasional weekend shifts. Min 1 year roofing experience; valid license required; driving roles may require MVR checks and pre-employment testing.

The Job:

Conduct residential roof repairs and/or replacements across the Snohomish County area. Work as part of a team and deliver quality results on every job.

Requirements:

What You Need:

• 1+ year of roofing experience
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
• Employment contingent on successful completions of pre‑employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles).

Schedule & Location:

• Reports to Guardians Everett branch and dispatched to job sites throughout the Snohomish County
• Monday–Friday, 6:30am to finish
• Occasional weekend availability preferred

• Licencia de conducir válida y récord de manejo limpio, para puestos que requieren conducir

Horario y ubicación:

• Reporta a la sucursal de Guardian en Everett y se despacha a sitios de trabajo en todo el condado de Snohomish
