Job summary

Roofing Brothers LLC is seeking an Experienced Roofing Installer in Red Lion, PA to join our hands-on crew. You will perform residential asphalt shingle roof installations, tear-offs, and related detailing on projects across Red Lion and surrounding areas.

We offer full-time W-2 employment, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have 5–10 years of roofing work, lift up to 80 lbs, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on roofing installation experience.
• Experience installing asphalt shingle roofing systems.
• Ability to work on steep roofs safely.
• Knowledge of proper roofing installation techniques and flashing details.
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Experience with CertainTeed roofing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on residential roof installations, primarily asphalt shingle roofing systems.
• Tear off and remove existing roofing materials.
• Install underlayment, ice and water shield, starter shingles, architectural shingles, ridge caps, and ventilation systems.
• Properly install flashing, drip edge, pipe boots, and other roofing components.
• Identify and replace damaged roof decking as needed.
• Safely operate nail guns, compressors, ladders, and roofing equipment.
• Work efficiently with a roofing crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Follow manufacturer installation specifications and company quality standards.
• Assist with material handling, setup, and jobsite cleanup.
