Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This role supports interdisciplinary care for complex patients, provides leadership on the unit, and mentors others while pursuing evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

Minimum qualifications include Georgia RN licensure, ADN or Diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience. BSN preferred. The position is on-site with opportunities to contribute to patient experience and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Role model effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues; support safety and quality initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice efforts on the unit.
