TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. in Norco, LA is seeking an experienced full-time Rigger. The role supports crane operations, ensures safety first, and coordinates rigging, hand signals, and load security on the job site.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, maintenance, inspections, and adherence to State and Federal laws. The position emphasizes safety and environmental policy compliance while performing duties in the field.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of rigging experience required.
• Commercial driving experience preferred.
• Advanced Rigger certification required.

Responsabilités

• Review the next day’s job assignments at end of shift.
• Assist the crane operator in proper equipment setup.
• Assist in crane maintenance of vehicle and accessories (truck, trailer, etc.).
• Perform proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of loads.
• Use correct hand signals during crane operations.
• Secure equipment to the trailer before operating the truck.
• Inspect truck and trailer; complete inspection reports for supervisor.
• Monitor inventory of chains, boomer, and straps; report missing items.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain chains, boomer, and straps.
• Document and report maintenance and repairs to supervisor.
• Monitor annual state inspections and license plates; notify supervisor well before expiration.
• Report to Dispatcher upon completion of tasks for next job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
