CFE Architects in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking an experienced REVIT/CAD Draftsman to support detailed drawing production for select multifamily and hi-rise projects. The role requires turning schematic designs into construction documents and coordinating with architects and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of REVIT proficiency, CAD experience, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects with precision. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated REVIT proficiency.
• REVIT Architecture Certification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CAD.

Responsabilidades

• Produce coordinated drawing sets with minimal supervision.
• Transform schematic designs using Revit or CAD into construction documents.
• Collaborate and coordinate with architects, engineers and other disciplines on design changes.
• Familiarity with building design principles and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
