Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) in Colorado is seeking an Experienced Retail Reset Merchandiser to execute resets, remodels, and new store sets across the state. You will work independently in fast-paced retail environments, ensuring high-quality standards and professional representation of the company.

Ideal candidates have merchandising experience and the ability to read and implement planograms, lift fixtures, and manage on-site reporting via our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Retail reset or merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle fixture work.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone with internet access.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Execute retail resets, remodels, and new store sets
• Read and implement planograms
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise
• Capture before-and-after photos and complete reporting through our mobile app
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations

What We're Looking For

• Retail reset, remodel, or merchandising experience is strongly preferred
• Experience reading and executing planograms
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and building or moving fixtures
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet access
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet project deadlines
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment
