You will work off a schedule tailored to each project and must be able to operate in a fast-paced retail setting. This is not full‑time or part‑time employment; it’s gig work with pay rates that vary by client and assignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Must have Android or iPhone with reliable internet and ability to submit surveys/photos live.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
• Daily email access and dependable phone/text communication.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use your smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload clear, high‑quality photos live while in the store.
• Enable location permissions on your smartphone for project verification.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
• Take full responsibility for your assigned area, completing all work offered fully and on time.

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech‑savvy merchandisers for our gig‑based positions. Our merchandisers are the backbone of our company, handling a variety of tasks from audits to planogram implementation. This is not full‑time or part‑time work; it’s project‑based gig work.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach up and down, lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds, and move light fixtures on wheels.
