Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lawrenceville and Dacula is looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, professional customer service, and getting the job done right the first time.

We’re looking for a plumber who is confident diagnosing plumbing problems, explaining solutions to homeowners, presenting repair and replacement options, and completing high-quality work.

What We Expect

• Professional Customer Service: Communicate confidently with homeowners, explain findings clearly, and present appropriate repair and replacement options.
• Quality Workmanship: Run service calls independently, follow plumbing codes and company standards, thoroughly test completed work, and deliver clean, professional results.
• Professionalism & Accountability: Be dependable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and take ownership of each job from diagnosis through completion.

Requirements

• Experience & Technical Skills: 3 – 5+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and hands‑on experience with repipes, leak detection, tank and tankless water heaters, gas piping, fixtures, sewer and drain work, and water treatment. Journeyman license is preferred but not required for candidates with strong experience.
• Driver & Availability: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, reliable attendance, and availability for occasional emergency or on‑call service as needed.
• Candidates should preferably reside within approximately 35 miles of Lawrenceville.

Pay & Compensation

• $60,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential based on experience, skill level, production, and compensation structure
• Hourly, commission, or blended compensation options based on experience and role
• Performance-based bonus opportunities and incentives
• Strong earning potential for experienced plumbers who can diagnose accurately, communicate professionally, present appropriate options, and complete quality work

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Preferred Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Sunday and Monday off
• Staggered scheduling to support afternoon and early-evening service demand
• Some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right experienced candidate
