Cosmos Painting Company is seeking an Experienced Residential Painter – Painting Tech for full-time hours on high-end residential projects in Massachusetts. The role includes preparing surfaces, applying primers and finishes, and detailing work such as windows, doors, and trim.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime. You will work across service areas including MetroWest, Sudbury, Boston, and the Northern Suburbs to Maine, with a focus on craftsmanship and client communication.

• Possess personal painting tools and brushes.
• Reliable form of transportation.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL PAINTER - PAINTING TECH

This is a full-time position with stable hours, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime available.

In this role, you'll begin each day by heading directly to job sites located across our service area, including the MetroWest to Sudbury area, Boston, and the Northern Suburbs to Maine. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, applying primers and finishes, and working on detailed elements like windows, doors, and trim. You'll use ladders and power tools safely and efficiently, maintain clear communication with clients and team members, and uphold the high standards that define us.
