A to Z Tree & Turf in Phoenix is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our team. You will maintain grounds by mowing, planting, watering, raking, blowing, and trimming to create well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper is required.
• References to confirm prior landscape experience are required.
• Experience using hand-held and power tools is expected.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds repetitively and work on your feet.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and hedge trimmers.
• Operate mowers, electric clippers, and blowers.
• Water lawns, trees, and plants with sprinklers or hoses.
• Prune or trim shrubs and hedges with shears and pruners.
• Gather and remove litter from work areas.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing HIGH quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a landscaper is required and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, electric clippers, blowers
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
• Prune or trim shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or mechanical tools
• Gather and remove litter
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper required!
• You must have references to call to confirm that experience
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
• Willing to work in all weather elements
