Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team and service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

This non-exempt role requires 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will interact with customers, maintain records, and contribute to a strong, service‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably residential
• EPA Certification required
• Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to high‑quality workmanship and customer service
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels
• Flexible, collaborative team player in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
