Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry, finish carpentry, residential remodeling, or renovation work.
• Strong hands-on carpentry skills, especially in cabinet installation and finish details.
• Experience with kitchen remodeling preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of assignments.
• High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork mindset.
• Comfort with using a smartphone for project communication and tracking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential kitchen remodeling work, including cabinet installation, cabinet modifications, trim and finish carpentry, crown molding, doors, drawers, hardware, and cabinet accessories.
• Complete detailed finish work with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Work independently and collaborate with other installers to complete projects efficiently.
• Read measurements, follow project specifications, and troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site in customers' homes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
