Essential competencies required before applying include:

• Experience: 3 years PMS: Denticon experience a plus, but not a requirement.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in assisting with dental procedures, taking X-rays, sterilizing equipment, and performing chairside duties. Must know how to make temporary crowns, Coronal polish.
• Patient Care: Ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and caring manner, providing comfort and reassurance during dental treatments.
