Job summary

Transco Rail Services in New Orleans, LA, is seeking experienced railcar repair technicians and industrial trades professionals to join a brand-new field services operation. Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain tank cars per approved procedures.

What You'll Do

This role performs all aspects of inspection, repair, and maintenance on tank cars while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. On any given day, you will:

  • Conduct railcar inspections and repairs using approved repair procedures
  • Perform mechanical, structural, valve, and component repairs on tank cars
  • Complete inspection reports, work orders, and repair documentation
  • Maintain required certifications and qualifications
