Job summary

Missouri Radon Relief is seeking an experienced radon mitigation technician to join our team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements.

You will install residential radon mitigation systems, review designs, and perform diagnostics and quality checks, while maintaining tools, inventory, and documentation. Join a locally owned company that values homeowners' safety and pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous radon mitigation installation experience.
• Knowledge of residential radon mitigation systems and installation practices.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in basements, garages, crawl spaces, and attics.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.
• Current radon mitigation certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install residential radon mitigation systems.
• Review system designs and make appropriate adjustments in the field.
• Complete extraction points, pipe routing, fan installation, sealing, and other system components.
• Perform diagnostics and final quality checks.
• Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after the installation.
• Complete required documentation and project photos.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, inventory, and vehicle.

Schedule

This is a year-round, full-time, Monday through Friday position. Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although daily hours may vary depending on the installation.
