Nesconset Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for our facility in Nesconset, NY. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, and development of individualized rehabilitation plans.

The position offers competitive compensation up to $55 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for professional growth. Candidates should have PT licensure and a track record in long-term or geriatric care.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Licensed to practice PT in state of use.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants preferred but not required.
• Excellent documentation and patient progress reporting.
