This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, loan forgiveness programs up to 100k with a 5-year commitment, 401K with match, and a two-year salary guarantee.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Georgia license or eligible to obtain.
• Epic EMR experience.
• Ability to provide primary care for all ages or 12+.
• Commit to a Monday–Friday schedule; 8am–5pm.
• Not open to New Grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide well visits, annual exams, sick visits, sports physicals, vaccinations and immunizations.
