Responsibilities

• Provide family-focused primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.
• Collaborate with the supervising physician, medical director, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain current RN license (State of Texas) and meet continuing medical education (CME) requirements for licensure and certification.
