Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking experienced polished concrete technicians and foremen to install flooring systems across multiple sites. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, operating polishing equipment, and meeting production targets while adhering to safety standards.

We offer a signing bonus, competitive pay $20–$30/hr (crew) or $25–$35/hr (foremen), plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement through our Field Certification Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year(s) Commercial Flooring experience is REQUIRED.
• All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets
• Prepare surfaces for polishing, including patching, repairing, and cleaning
