Job summary

Pride Air Conditioning & Plumbing in South Florida is seeking a reliable plumber with at least 2 years of experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. You will own tools for the trade and serve residential and commercial clients with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Experience in high-rise buildings is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Basic A/C knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Clean background and Drug free.
• Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages, and determine repair or replacement actions.
• Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures and systems (faucets, toilets, valves, water heaters, piping).
• Pull and reset toilets as needed and perform proper sealing.
• Install shower valves and other fixture valves (diverter/mixing).
• Diagnose and clear drain line stoppages using appropriate tools.
• Communicate with dispatch and team about status, parts, and updates; work independently to ensure quality and minimize callbacks.
• Maintain strong customer service; explain issues and solutions clearly and respect property.
• Identify parts and recommend replacements when necessary.
