You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. Our plumbers handle a wide range of services, from simple faucet repairs and drain cleaning to water heater installations and full plumbing system replacements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in multi-family and residential properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers, providing multiple repair options based on their needs and preferences.
• Dispatch to job sites, prepare estimates, complete work orders, and collect payments.
• Perform plumbing repairs efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations using mobile applications.
• Review daily schedules and coordinate with dispatch and management as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company-issued vehicle and equipment; communicate any repair needs to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow all company policies and directions from management.

Requirements:
