Earn potential is $65,000–$90,000 in the first year based on performance, with a generous compensation package including weekly bonuses, commissions, and a 5-year service bonus plan.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and career oriented Plumber with excellent work ethic, communication and sales skills to service our residential & light commercial customers in Metro Atlanta. We strive to provide a positive working environment and treat everyone as work family. We work hard, but also believe in a healthy personal time / work balance. Potential earnings in the range of 65k-90k based on performance for the first year.

Benefits include:

$1,500 Sign On Bonus

• Top Hourly Pay with O.T. plus weekly bonus
• Weekly bonus tiered percentage based on weekly billing amount
• 5% Commission for residential plumbing equipment sales
• 3% Commission for residential plumbing equipment leads
• 3% Commission for commercial plumbing equipment leads
• $10 Commission for each maintenance agreement sold
• Commissions paid WEEKLY, every Friday
• $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
