Requirements for Residential and Commercial Service Plumbing Position:
- Must have 7 years of plumbing experience
- Professional demeanor
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to alternate after-hours on-call shifts
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn company-related systems
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with installation and repair of underground sanitary and water piping systems
- Knowledge of plumbing codes
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in mathematics and measurement conversions
- Journeyman or master’s plumbing license
- Experience with installation and repair of water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
- Ability to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair water heaters, including tankless systems
- Experience with condensing and non-condensing tankless boilers
Responsibilities:
- Service and install residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Work on septic and commercial sewer systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems
- Identify the source of issues and recommend solutions to customers
- Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and clients
- Manage customer expectations clearly
- Maintain a neat and safe jobsite
- Maintain thorough knowledge of plumbing procedures, building codes, and safety regulations
