Trademark Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in Hayden and surrounding areas. The role offers opportunities to work independently with strong team support.

Candidate must hold a Idaho or Washington Journeyman license (preferred) and have at least 3 years of residential plumbing experience, plus solid diagnostic and communication skills. Local drivers license required.

Position Overview

As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions to homeowners, and perform high‑quality residential service and repair work. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is confident working independently while being supported by a strong team.

• Idaho or Washington Journeyman License preferred
• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience required

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Use of hand and power tools and required protective equipment
• Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Occasional work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces
• Exposure to standard residential job‑site hazards
