At Evidence Physical Therapy, we're growing and looking for experienced physical therapists who enjoy treating patients, value clinical excellence, and want to continue developing professionally.
We recognize that experienced therapists bring more than clinical skills. You bring sound judgment, perspective, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
We want to provide an environment where those contributions are appreciated and where you have opportunities to keep growing.
Treat a diverse outpatient population, including general orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to develop or expand your interests in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, TMJ, and pelvic health.
Our Clinical Excellence Program provides ongoing education, case discussions, hands‑on learning, and opportunities to collaborate with other clinicians.
If you enjoy teaching and helping others grow, there are opportunities to participate in clinical mentorship, develop specialty programs, and pursue leadership roles.
We understand that therapists have different professional and personal priorities. We're open to discussing full‑time and part‑time schedules that work for both you and our patients.
We value clinical reasoning, teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect. We want therapists who take pride in their work and contribute positively to the people around them.
Compensation, bonus eligibility, and benefits vary by employment status and applicable terms.
If you’re an experienced PT considering a change, whether full‑time or part‑time, we’d welcome the opportunity to learn about your clinical interests, career goals, and what you’re looking for in your next position.
