Be part of a team that maintains and improves highly complicated Photolithography Equipment in a fast-paced environment. This position will be Responsible for the high-level maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of critical equipment in strict accordance with SOPs. This role involves detailed data logging, cross-functional collaboration with engineers, and the technical training of junior staff. The candidate must be able to problem solve and understand details of the photolithography system to be able to resolve unscheduled events. Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess.
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Successful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility. High level of initiative and desire to learn. Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes. Ability to meet due dates for action items. Successful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs. Familiar with TPM concepts.
Work hours: D Shift (night) – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.
Here’s what you'll need:
The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
At Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor are full-time on-site.
