Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Lawrenceville, GA, with Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 and Friday 8:00–12:00. The role offers a pay range starting at $21.70+ per hour with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required are a high school diploma, medical training preferred, and phlebotomy certification in some states. Three years of phlebotomy experience and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders via lab systems and client communication.
• Enter data accurately and navigate computer systems.
• Handle billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, transporting).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, cleaning, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and adhere to policies.
