Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa in California seeks experienced, reliable Pet Groomers and Bathers to join our professional salon team. Full-time and part-time positions available; Saturdays required. Pay is hourly with a bonus based on performance, and tips are generous.

Qualifications

• Paid experience as a groomer, stylist, or bather required (or accredited grooming school completion)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities

• Shampooing, brushing, drying, hair cutting
• Nail trimming and dremeling
• Ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and gland expression
• Checking pets in and out using computer systems
• Scheduling grooming appointments
• Providing excellent customer service to pet parents
• Inspecting pets for signs of parasites, injury, or illness and reporting concerns to management
• Maintaining salon cleanliness, safety, and laundry
• Sanitizing all grooming tools, tubs, cages, and work areas
• Maintaining dryers and grooming equipment
• Selling retail items
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Other duties may be assigned
