Job summary

Bark & Mane is a mobile pet grooming business serving the Treasure Valley and is hiring full-time groomers. Work one-on-one with pets in clients' driveways in Meridian and surrounding areas; no cages, no salon noise, and no interruptions.

You will earn via commission plus 100% tips, with typical daily earnings of $300–$500+. Training is provided, uniforms and equipment are covered, and there are opportunities for advancement.

• Prior professional grooming experience (cat grooming a strong plus).
• Able to complete full grooms independently.

Location:

We service a large portion of the Treasure Valley, including: Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Nampa, Caldwell

Typical Earnings:

$300-$500+ per day

Pay:

Commission + 100% Tips

• Delivering a consistently high-quality groom


• Building your client base for recurring appointments

Who This Opportunity Is For

We're looking for groomers who:

• Have prior professional grooming experience (cat grooming experience a strong plus!)


• Can confidently complete full grooms independently or with minimal training


• Take pride in their work and don't cut corners


• Want a less stressful, more structured way to do what they love


• Are reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Schedule

• Full-time schedule (4 ten-hour days)


• Must be available to work Saturdays

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• At least 21 years old


• Working cell phone with service


• Reliable transportation to get to work


• Customer service experience
