Carvana is seeking Paintless Dent Repair Technicians with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join our team in Indiana. The role requires expertise in accessing panels, glue-pulling techniques, and repairing dents on both steel and aluminum panels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• 18+ with a valid driver’s license; background check may apply.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Repair dents on steel and aluminum panels using PDR techniques.
• Access panels and perform glue-pulling methods as needed.
