Job summary

Dent Wizard is immediately hiring for a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and opportunities across locations, starting with hands-on training even if you have no prior experience.

You’ll travel to customer sites, repair dents using our PDR process, review work with customers, and build strong relationships to promote our services. Competitive benefits and growth await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.

• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000-$150,000/year
